Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flovato's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Flovato provides AI-powered chatbot and personal assistant services on a subscription basis. Services include AI chat for website visitors, personal AI assistants for team members, appointment scheduling, and related features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each organization receives an isolated environment. You may not share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your workspace.

4. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. Token usage is tracked in real-time and deducted from your monthly allowance. Unused tokens roll over for up to 3 months, after which they expire. If a renewal payment fails, we retry the charge and notify you; the allowance granted with the unpaid invoice is placed on hold (credits you have already paid for keep working), and continued non-payment leads to the account being paused until the balance is settled. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy below.

5. Refund Policy

All charges are final. Refunds are issued only for billing errors — a duplicate charge, or an amount billed in error — and those are refunded in full. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us and we will make it right.

Subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan and its included allowance remain available through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Token top-ups and delivered usage. Purchased token top-ups are non-refundable (unused top-up balances do not expire with the monthly allowance). AI usage that has already been delivered — chat and assistant responses, voice minutes, and text messages — is non-refundable.

Phone numbers and carrier fees. Phone number claim fees, messaging registration fees, and per-message or per-minute carrier charges are paid to telecom carriers on your behalf when incurred and are non-refundable.

Account pauses for non-payment. A pause resulting from failed payment does not create a refund entitlement. Settling the balance restores the account and everything on it.

How to request a refund. Email support@flovato.com from the email address on the account. We respond to refund requests within 10 business days, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your card issuer — billing disputes filed for service that was delivered under these terms will be contested with the agreement record created at signup.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. You may not attempt to access other organizations' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated by third-party models and may not always be accurate. Flovato does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before relying on them.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. Flovato does not claim ownership of your content. We process your data solely to provide the services described in your subscription plan.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request immediate deletion. In either case we retain records we are legally required to keep — billing and payment records, consent records, and dispute records — for the legally mandated periods, after which they are deleted as well.

10. Limitation of Liability

Flovato's total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Flovato is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
